With more than three decades of experience, I have been honored to serve my hometown of Memphis as a licensed Senior Psychological Examiner, Health Service Provider (HSP), and School Psychologist licensed through the Tennessee Department of Education. My professional journey has spanned traditional school environments, tele practice platforms, and clinical preschool settings, where I have conducted comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children with a wide range of needs. These include learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, cognitive impairments, giftedness, and academic challenges linked to medical conditions.
During my career, I’ve supported specialized programs within Memphis’ public school system, including Total Communication for students with hearing impairments, services for the visually impaired, and Head Start/Early Childhood including evaluating students transitioning from Tennessee Early Intervention Services (TEIS). Some of the schools and centers where I’ve proudly served include Maxine Smith STEAM Academy, Colonial Hearing, Speech & Vision Center, Shady Grove Early Learning Center, Campus School, Sea Isle Elementary, Shrine School, and Middle College High School.
In addition to direct service, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring early-career school psychologists and supervising interns as well as practicum students from the University of Memphis—contributing to the development of future professionals in this field.
Currently, my work at Germantown Behavior Solutions focuses on conducting psychoeducational evaluations for children ages 3 to 16, with an emphasis on learning disabilities/differences, ADHD, cognitive impairments, giftedness/optional school assessments, and developmental concerns/school readiness. In addition, I also offer a comprehensive psychological evaluation for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) for children aged 2 years 7 months (31 months) to 16 years of age. I have been trained to administer the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2) since 2017.
