Hi, I’m Lindsay! I’m a Nationally Certified Counselor currently accruing hours toward my Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP). I’ve also received a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy from the University of Memphis, and I am a certified AutPlay Therapy provider.

I work with clients of all ages and have a special interest in play therapy and neurodiversity-informed practices. Whether you’re facing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I strive to meet you with empathy and evidence-based support. My approach is client-centered and draws from DBT-informed treatment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Strengths-Based Counseling, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create flexible, individualized treatment plans. I bring a warm, curious, and creative presence to the therapy room and believe strong relationships are the foundation of healing.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband, our two kids, and our Boston Terrier, Bonnie. My favorite ways to recharge include Pilates, crocheting, and listening to podcasts. I’m proud to call Memphis home and love cheering for the Tigers and visiting the zoo.

If you’re looking for someone to walk alongside you or your child, I’d be honored to be part of your therapy journey.

Lindsay Bartholomew is a graduate from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at The University of Memphis and is a Nationally Certified Counselor with GBS, under the supervision of Emily Vanderpool, LBA, LPC-MHSP.
