Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth feel possible. I’m a counselor-in-training working under supervision as I complete licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP). I’m also pursuing certifications as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and AutPlay Therapy provider.

I work with clients of all ages and have a special interest in play therapy and neurodiversity-informed practices. Whether you’re facing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I strive to meet you with empathy, care, and evidence-based support. My approach draws from CBT, DBT-informed treatment, ACT, Strengths-Based Counseling, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create flexible, individualized treatment plans.

I bring a warm, curious, and creative presence to the therapy room and believe strong relationships are the foundation of healing.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband, our two kids, and our dogs, Bella and Bonnie. My favorite ways to recharge include Pilates, crocheting, and listening to podcasts. I’m proud to call Memphis home and love cheering for the Tigers and visiting the zoo.

If you’re looking for someone to walk alongside you or your child, I’d be honored to be part of your therapy journey.
