I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I welcome the complicated, messy, and uncertain parts of life—you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, and the effects of domestic abuse, as well as those navigating anxiety and depression. I approach therapy with compassion, authenticity, and without judgment, creating a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing—even when you’re not quite sure how to put it into words.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, work through difficult or painful experiences, and develop practical tools that support you both inside and outside of therapy. Whether you’re processing trauma, adjusting to a diagnosis, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, you don’t have to know exactly what you need from therapy to get started. We can figure that out together.
